The purpose of the Financial Committee is to monitor the financial processes of CMRHOA Inc. and to review the current financial statements as submitted by the Treasurer via the Bookkeeping firm. In addition, the committee will review all expenditures and determine their accuracy and validity. They will assist the Treasurer in creating a budget process, monitor the annual dues collection process and identify the needed records to satisfy the Title 7 law. The committee will insure the accuracy and use of financial and general controls processes throughout the financial records and identify any issues to the Treasurer and / or Board of Directors.
